SmackDown for Wii?

The latest rumours suggest that the WWE Smackdown series is heading to Nintendo Wii.

According to website Jeux-France, the series, previously released only on Playstation and Xbox 360, sources have revealed that developers THQ are planning on bringing the series to Nintendo’s next-gen console. It is not known at this time how the game will take advantage of the Wi-mote.

Developers THQ have yet to issue any statement regarding the series on the Wii. Stay tuned for more information.
