The Sensor Bar for the Nintendo Wii remote is the reason behind Nintendo’s decision not to disclose an official release date for the next generation console.
The device, which registers all movements that the remote makes, has yet to be finalized, although there are allegedly no issues regarding its actual design.
Nintendo Wii is currently scheduled for release sometime this fall. Latest rumours suggest that the console may be launched on November 6th, 2006 before Sony’s Playstation 3, as reported last week by Wii Blog.
