But, ya they aren't going to sell it through a competing digital store front. I assume the game requires the Battlenet client to run, which I'm sure Bliz and Steam haven't come to an agreement on terms.

I have found memories of this game. I really enjoyed it, but I also remember thinking none of my friends would like it because it wasn't an action platformer.
