This is definitely a cool project, and one I’m sure took awhile to make. However, I can’t help but think that it takes the fun out of Mario.
I can’t even imagine how much dedication it takes to pull off a successful speed run. All it takes is one mistake and you have to start over. I would potentially see many broken controllers around me if I attempted this.
The market for the Nintendo Balance Board hasn’t really expanded like many had hoped. I’m sure there’s plenty of ideas out there being worked on, and hopefully this game shown off on Robot Chicken is one of them.
If there’s one thing that makes almost any game better it’s combos.
