Unfortunately there are no reviews to comment on for any of these releases yet. I didn’t get up to Wal-Mart last night to pick up Super Mario Sluggers. My alarm clock is set for 5:15 AM, so I think I have a valid excuse. I will hopefully be picking up the game today though, and provide first impressions/review at a later time.

Mario Took The Field Sunday, Unfortunately I Won’t Be Out There Until Tonight
The second major release is Tiger Woods All Play 09. The last two iterations of Tiger on the Wii have been pretty lackluster. Peter Moore of EA has promised a totally revamped system. One that is being worked on by a different dev team than the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. Previews, and gameplay videos have looked solid so far. Here’s hoping I’ll be pulling my driver out, and have it actually hit well on Tuesday.
One game that you should definitely be keeping an eye on is Helix. I mentioned this game earlier, when I found a pretty cool trailer showing it off. It looks alot like We Cheer which is coming out later, only without cheerleaders and Bratz look-alike clones.
If anyone has picked up Mario Super Sluggers I’d love to hear some feedback. Or if somehow you got your hands on Tiger Woods All Play 09 early then I won’t tell anyone. I will definitely be picking up Helix this afternoon, so you can expect some first impressions later on for sure.
