Nintendo France on Wii

The latest edition of French newspaper ‘The 20 Minutes’ has a small section dedicated to Nintendo Wii, where a Nintendo France marketing boss mentions the systems competition.

Speaking on both Sony and Microsoft, the individual has been quoted saying “They again try to recreate situations close to reality but little focus on gameplay”

The article also mentions the Wii’s unique approach to gaming utilizing the remote control, and that the sytem will cost less than 300 euros.

Nintendo Wii is set to launch sometime between “October and December” of this year, while an official price point has yet to be announced.
