Maio & Sonic Olympic Games

A partial list of events that will be included in the upcoming game, Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games, has been revealed by SEGA.

Here are they are:

-Fencing – Individual epée

-Archery

-hooting – Skeet

-Gymnastics – Trampoline

-Gymnastics – Vault

-Field – High Jump

-Field – Pole Vault

-Field – Long Jump

-Field – Triple Jump

-Field – Javelin Throw

-Field – Hammer Throw

-Rowing – Single Sculls

-Table Tennis – Singles

-Aquatics – 100m Freestyle

-Aquatics – 4x100m Freestyle

-Track – 110m and 400m Hurdles

-Track – 4x100m Relay

-Track –100m and 400m

The article from cubed3.com says that there are over 20 events that will be featured in the game. Maybe there will also be activities or mini-games that are not related to Olympic games.

There will be three different modes and they are single matches, circuits, and mission. There will be trivia and quizzes as well.

New screen shots have been revealed for this game too. On Spong.com, they have five fresh screen shots for this game. Two of them are character select screens. It seems like there are no secret or unlockable characters since all of the icons have colored faces on them. The characters are divided exactly in half which means that 50% of them are from the Mario games while the other characters are from Sonic games. On the right side, it shows the character from head to toe and they have attributes below their feet such as speed, acceleration, and skill.

It is currently scheduled to be released in November.
