Three new games have been added in the Wii Shop Channel for European Wii owners.
The games are Sin and Punishment, Gradius III, and the Legend of Hero Tonma.
The first game was released for the Nintendo 64 system around seven years ago. It is an action game where you control a resistance fighter and you will control this character to fight against Ruffians which are what the monsters are called in the game. These monsters were not bad beings at the beginning but they turned against their creators and they try to takeover the planet. It was released only in Japan so this version has been translated so that those that cannot read Japanese can read the in-game text in English.
The second game is Gradius III. It is a side-scrolling space shooting game. The game features ten levels. There are a variety of weapons and powerups. This includes lasers, missiles, and shields. It is being sold for 900 Wii Points.
The last game that I mentioned is a platform shooter. You will control a hero named Tonma in this game and your role is to rescue a princess who is being held in a prison. It includes seven stages, giant bosses, and magic spells. The article from cubed3 mentioned that this game has unusual power-ups.
